On September 20th and 21st, 2023, RAYPA will be present at stand K11 at Farmaforum, in Pavilion 14 of IFEMA, in Madrid. The new Area Sales Manager responsible for RAYPA in Spain, Víctor Vázquez-Carrasquer, will provide information to the attendees about the Top line autoclaves and will answer any questions they may have.

All Top line vertical retorts have the most advanced connectivity in the market and comply with the latest advances in electronic records and data control to be able to work under FDA, GMP and GLP environments in a completely digital way, in a private environment with centralized management option. The main benefits of these autoclaves are detailed below:

  • Fully automatic: push button mechanically assisted door, automatic water filling and refrigerated direct discharge.
Modern and economical design with excellent construction qualities: AISI-316L stainless steel sterilization chamber and AISI-304 stainless steel outer cabinet.
  • Controller and connectivity: 7″ capacitive touch screen that allows real-time display of program, video instructions and protocol history. The controller can be adapted for FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, activating a set of audit trail functions and safety measures. Enables cloud-based connectivity features with RAYPAcloud license or integration with intranet and LIMS.
  • Advanced technical support: appointment booking from the controller, controller screen sharing via TeamViewer® and remote diagnostics of equipment faults and status.

RAYPA has three series of Top line autoclaves, designed to meet the different needs of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. The TLV-PD Series is specially designed to sterilize glass, porous solids and objects with complex geometries; and the TLV-FA Series has a rapid cooling system to sterilize liquids more quickly.

On September 20 and 21, in addition to presenting the Top line equipment, RAYPA will also be showing at Farmaforum its culture media preparers, designed for Plant Tissue laboratories, especially for the cultivation of plant tissues such as cannabis, as well as for microbiology laboratories.
