IFEMAFeria de Madrid, Parque Juan Carlos I, Av. Partenón, 5, 28042 Madrid

Feria de Madrid is connected by road to the main access and ring roads of Madrid: M 11 (Exits 5 and 7), M 40 (Exits 5, 6 and 7) and A2 (Exit 7). The South, North and East entrances of the fairground allow direct access to the different parking areas.

Madrid Barajas airport is located just 10 minutes from the fairgrounds and just 15 kilometres from the city centre, with which it is connected by the Metro (Airport Station T-1, T-2 and T-3). Converted into one of the main international airports, with its innovative T-4 airport station, it guarantees daily connections between Feria de Madrid and all cities in Spain and the rest of the world.

The Feria de Madrid can be reached from anywhere in the city via Line 8- Feria de Madrid Station, the exit of which ends at the South Entrance of the venue. This line also connects the fairgrounds with the different terminals at Barajas International Airport.

An extensive bus network allows you to get to Feria de Madrid from different parts of the city:
Line 112-Mar de Cristal-Feria de Madrid – Bº Aeropuerto.

Line 122-Avda. de América-Campo de las Naciones-Feria de Madrid.

Line 828-Universidad Autónoma-Alcobendas-Canillejas-Feria de Madrid.

With stops at each of the entrances to the fairgrounds, more than 15,000 taxis are available for visitors to Feria de Madrid.

The fair offers ample parking space. On the attached printable map you will find a map of the pavilions, car parks and accesses.

IMPORTANT: If you pay for the car park when you arrive, you benefit from a single, cheaper fare for the whole day. If you are only a few hours away, you should calculate what benefits you most. The car parks are managed directly by IFEMA, Feria de Madrid and not by the organisers of Farmaforum.

Generally, access to the fair as well as to conferences, workshops and events is free of charge for professionals related to the fair’s sectors.

Occasionally there may be non-free events that will be identified as such.

The advantage of registering online is that when you arrive at the fair you don’t have to queue up. Once registered through our online form you will automatically receive your identification that you only have to cut and wear on the day of the fair. At the entrance you will find lanyards with plastic badges to incorporate your identification and you can go through the control.

It is necessary to fill in the online form to register as a visitor to the exhibition area and to the conferences or workshops. In the same form you can also choose the events you want to attend. In this way we ensure the control of the rooms and avoid that some do not have a seat.

The identification serves for the two days of the event.

In order to certify your attendance to the conferences and/or workshops you can deliver your data in the reception of the fair. Once the event is over, the document will be sent to you.

The cafeteria opens in Hall 5 and also offers lunch menus. There are also a number of restaurants on the outskirts of the southern entrance to the IFEMA exhibition centre. Farmaforum usually coincides with other events held at IFEMA. For this reason, restaurants located in the central corridor of the fairground are usually open, although in order to access you must register as a visitor at the main entrance (North or South) of the fairground.
