Farmaforum, the largest pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, cosmetics and laboratory technology industry trade fair in Spain, announced just a week ago the days that professionals in the sector will have to reserve in their 2023 calendar to attend the event, and since then, the news has not stopped.

Among the new additions are the creation of a new forum for the 9th edition of the fair dedicated entirely to Cannabis, and the continuation of the one dedicated to Nutraceuticals, which debuted this year.

However, the event will also see the incorporation into the organisation as director of Cosméticaforum of Carmen Esteban, a graduate in Chemical Sciences (Univ. Complutense de Madrid) and MBA in Business Management from the Instituto Empresa, she is a technical and regulatory consultant specialising in cosmetics.

Carmen has extensive knowledge of the sector, having been the technical director of STANPA, the National Association of Perfumery and Cosmetics, for more than 18 years and will now be in charge of defining the themes and speakers at the congress that brings together professionals from the sector in Madrid.

With a long experience in both the industrial and teaching fields, she provides support to companies in areas of her competence, gives technical training courses for STANPA and participates in Master’s programmes in different entities such as CESIF, University of Barcelona and San Pablo CEU University.

Carmen Esteban has the knowledge and know-how that only a professional career such as hers can provide and which, in this case, guarantees highly topical content and speakers of the highest level for the Cosméticaforum conferences in 2023.

After a highly successful eighth edition, which attracted more than 5,000 visitors and more than 250 exhibitors, Farmaforum will return to Hall 14 of IFEMA, Feria de Madrid, on 20th and 21st September next year with the aim of continuing to be the benchmark event for the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, cosmetics and laboratory technology industries in Spain.
